The business process manager module allows you to setup simple to complex business processes that match your best business practices.

You build processes based on the creation or modification of any the CRM module. You can build processes that run at specific times throughout the year, query your system for any data, and run a specific workflow task such as send an email, schedule a call, create a task, run custom scripts, modify fields or create new sugar objects.

Process Manager includes the ability to route and assign objects to users or to groups of users in around robin fashion.

Using the plug-in preferences you can specify email addresses that should be ignored by the autoarchiver.

The Outlook plug-in will allow you to synchronise your CRM Contacts, Meetings, Calls and Tasks From CRM to Outlook and vice versa. This allows you to keep both systems up to date at the click of the a button.

Mass Archive multiple emails at the click of a button - The Outlook plug-in provides the ability to mass archive your email removing the need to archive missed emails one by one. When multiple emails are selected in Outlook the plug-in provides a context menu (right click) option to automatically archive all of your selected emails.

Quickly find your contacts using the CRM Address book - When sending an email to a customer you might not always have their email address to hand, this means opening up CRM, locating the customer and copying & pasting the address into the relevant Outlook recipient fields. With the Sync Address book, you can search for CRM contacts within the onboard address book.

Create CRM objects directly from Outlook - With the CRM Outlook plugin you can create CRM objects such as Contacts, Accounts, Cases, and Opportunities without having to leave Outlook. Quickly create Cases from received emails using the Subject and Body details of the received mail.
